Transformational Generosity
We are proud to share that over $30 million has been raised for UST’s new student residence hall. Such transformational generosity ensures that UST can meet the needs of its growing community and deepen its Catholic mission.
An Urgent Need
The University is experiencing historic enrollment and plans to increase its student body to 7,000 by 2030. In the fall of 2024, UST’s housing was operating at 180% capacity. Increasing on-campus housing will support growth, strengthen our vibrant, Catholic community, and boost student success and retention.
Breaking Ground
Construction on the nearly 100,000 square-foot facility will begin in October 2025 with completion in the spring of 2027.
